A rotary encoder saving space

Most of traditional old branded rotary encoders are big sized,which will extend motors the axial direction length.In most of applications,every inch of installation space is valuable, if we make encoders size smaller and thinner, it will save much more space for motors installation.With more spare space, the heat will not be reserved near motor which may have big impact on motors efficiency.

Yuli’s new design magnetic rotary encoder (YH-ME series) is just an ideal size for motors.High resolution 4096 per cycle, low power consumption and relatively small and thin dimensions(diameter 60mm with flange and nearly 10mm thickness), this encoder works just perfectly with high performance, which can be the second generation of motor encoders.Users just need install a 8-16mm diameter magnet tip on the shaft on motor’s shaft and encoder cover motor’s hollow with flange fixed by screws, based on hall effect theory,signals will be outputed and backed to controllers.
